Returns and Exchanges
All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the initial ship date. We cannot accept any returns after that date. Returns must be in new condition, with tags still attached and cannot be worn, altered, or washed. 5th & Franklin reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned. Accessories, sale items, and items bought with a discount code are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The return total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping paid. Please allow 5-7 business days to process.
How do I return an item?
- Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know that you would like to return an item. Please include your order number and the item that you would like to return in your e-mail.
- If your item is returnable, we will let you know via e-mail.
- Please include the unworn item(s) with the original invoice when returning the item. You can find our address on the invoice, or request it via email.
- Once the package arrives, it can take up to 5-7 business days to process it and issue your refund. The original shipping cost paid will be deducted from your final refund amount.
How do I exchange an item?
We offer exchanges for items of the same style in a different size. If the item you request is no longer in stock, you will have the option to keep the original item or ship it back to us to receive store credit that may be used towards any future purchase.
- Contact us at email@example.com to let us know if you would like to exchange an item. Please include your order number and state the item that you would like to exchange in your e-mail, As well as the new size you would like to receive.
- If your item is exchangeable, we will let you know via e-mail.
- Pack the unworn item(s) and invoice and ship the package back to us. You can find our address on the invoice, or request it via email. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will place and ship the new order to you and cover any shipping costs.
Please Note: shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you are requesting a refund, the original shipping costs paid will be deducted from your refund or store credit. All costs associated with shipping an item back to us for store credit, exchanges, or refunds are not reimbursed, unless we sent damaged or incorrect merchandise.
